SeamQuip has a dynamic and motivated team, with wide experience in the
manufacturing of seaming rolls & seaming chucks, capable to provide the most
adequate solutions to our customers.
Seaming Chucks.
Seamquip can supply any brand and model seamer with seaming chucks made from toolsteel or AISI 440c (Harden Stainless Steel).
In certain applications we offer surface coatings to improve the lifetime of our seaming chucks.
Generally a PVD, wear-resistant coating is applied to increase surface hardness, lower the friction coefficient and thermal conductivity.
Seaming Rolls.
Seamquip can supply any brand and model seamer with seaming rolls made either toolsteel or AISI 440c (Harden Stainless Steel).
All our seaming rolls are supplied standard, with bearings fitted for customer convenience.
We also supply pre-assembled seaming rolls with their adjusting pins and protective shields. These assemblies are lubricated and ready to reduce installation time at our customers.
Stock on hand.
We hold a wide range of seaming chucks and seaming rolls in stock to ensure that our lead times are kept to a minimum.
With increase demands of just-in-time deliveries and shorter lead time, it is of utmost importance that the spare parts life is predictable with a long and reliable performance.
This will also be a prerequisite to reduce our customers down time and optimize production.

Seamquip also manufactures a wide range of canmaking spares, to ensure client and industry demand is met in record time.
